About Me

As an immigrant myself, I understand the value of hard-earned money and the deep desire to build something lasting for your family. Buying a home is not just a transaction. It is a major milestone and a symbol of everything you have worked so hard to achieve.

With over twenty years in sales and more than a decade in real estate, I have learned that people do not only need information. They need someone who truly listens and cares. This is why I always begin with a relaxed fifteen-minute orientation to walk you through the home buying process in a way that is simple and easy to understand. I see every client as family and I always keep your best interest at heart.

My goal is to remove the stress and confusion from the experience so you can focus on what really matters: making smart choices and feeling confident every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, life is all about connection. I love spending meaningful time with my family, whether we are hiking, going on road trips, or traveling abroad.

My faith is a big part of who I am, and I am grateful to stay active in my church through marriage encounters, youth seminars, and community teachings. I also find purpose in giving back by volunteering with the underprivileged in East Vancouver and spending time with seniors in care homes.

These moments of service and connection remind me why I do what I do. Helping others, in any form, is what truly fulfills me.

If you are ready to take the first step toward your dream home, give me a call for a short chat. There is no pressure. It will be a genuine conversation about what is possible. Let us take that first step toward your dream home together.

Why I Became a Realtor

When my family first arrived in Canada, buying our first home was supposed to be an exciting milestone. Instead, it felt overwhelming and uncertain. We did not know who to trust or how to navigate the process, and that experience stayed with me.

We worked with a realtor recommended by a friend, hoping for guidance and support. But nothing was explained clearly. Documents were rushed, viewings were limited, and little thought was given to our daily routines, our children’s needs, or neighborhoods that might have suited us better. When it came time to negotiate, our best interests did not feel like a priority. We often felt alone in a journey that should have been exciting.

I remember thinking that as newcomers, we needed someone who would look out for us like a caring older brother. Someone patient enough to explain every step, honest enough to present all options, and protective enough to make sure we felt supported and informed throughout the process.

I became a realtor to be that person for others. Someone clients can trust, lean on, and turn to for guidance. Someone who treats them like family, not a transaction. I became a realtor so that no newcomer has to feel lost or alone while finding a home.

Everyone deserves a “Kuya Jun” they can depend on as they build their new life in Canada.
